Ordering an item from We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada.
Items may also be picked up free of charge at our store, for this shipping option please enter a valid Utah address as the shipping location.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound except US Postal Service which on some options uses ounces.

We try our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible and pass along all discount to you our customer. All shipments sent from include insurance to protect you from loss. We understand shipping rates can be very high and want to assure you we do not profit on shipping.

Returns stands behind the quality and condition of all merchandise sold. You may return most items sold by within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

 We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that has been customized or personalized for the customer, unless the customization was incorrect as a result of our error.

  In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

To request a return please review our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy:

  1. All returns must be authorized by Customer Service.
  2. Before returning product, obtain RMA # from Customer Service.
  3. RMA numbers are valid for fifteen (15) business days from the date of issuance. must receive returns within that time. After 15 days, a new RMA # must be obtained.
  4. Products to be returned must be securely packaged, preferably in the original cartons. Freight and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Customer assumes risk of loss or damage during shipment.
  5. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the shipping label of each carton. (Do not put RMA # on product.) Packages without the RMA # on the outside may be refused.
    • Credit returns must have been purchased directly from, and must be within 15 days of the invoice date.
    • Product must be in like-new resalable condition. All products will be inspected at our discretion, credit may be refused.
    • Upon receiving the products, credit will be issued within five to ten business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returns for credit. reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty for returned products.

Unauthorized Returns or Refused Shipments can not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Deliveries lacking a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused and returned to sender. will impose a minimum 10% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges for shipments refused by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise returned is not in identical condition as originally shipped, unopened and with complete packaging materials intact.

To avoid delays and extra charges on unwanted shipments customers must accept delivery and then complete an on-line RMA Request Form. By following this procedure account credits can be expedited for valid returns in accordance with company policy. Refused shipment complicates the process which could delay resolution for several weeks. Credit requests cannot be processed until returned product is received and inspected by the Returns Department.

Order Cancellations

If for any reason you decide to cancel an order please contact a Customer Service team member immediately at 801-607-4084 or by visiting the Contact Page. If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification. Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled after reaching the “Processing” stage. To confirm your order cancellation, please check your Account History page. Order status will display as “Cancelled” within 48 to 72 hours after notification for items cancelled prior to shipping.

If your order has already been shipped it may not be eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after an item has shipped, will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy. However, no refunds are available for shipping and handling fees and customer bears sole responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Please note that reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for all order cancellations received after an item has shipped.
